Historic award of $240 million for long-term abuse of workers with intellectual disabilities.

 A jury in Davenport, Iowa found that Henry's Turkey Service abused and discriminated 32 men with intellectual disabilities in West Liberty and Atalissa, Iowa.  The abuse consisted of verbal and physical harassment, sub-standard housing and denial of basic medical care.  The EEOC press release describing the case can be found at http://www.eeoc.gov/eeoc/newsroom/release/5-1-13b.cfm.
